New Year’s Re-Evaluations for 2013

Happy New Year! Didn’t this one just sneak up? How did last year already come to an end!? I thought I had more time to finish all those loose ends. You know the ones — by January I want to…
Last year was a *@!!!**(hard) year for us @ the Bistro. Was it for you? Isn’t it great to have a fresh new start? Clean new beginnings where you can just have a ‘Do Over’? I have some reflections that may assist you in your journey to do just that.

Forgive yourself for the things you did that you wish you hadn’t. The people you let down. The times you told yourself you would eat better, work harder, try more. New beginnings can’t start without saying good bye to the past. Hold onto to the treasured memories and the growth you received, but show yourself some GRACE.

Ok, so what is this thing called GRACE? Grace by definition: the quality or state of being considerate or thoughtful-an act of kindness courtesy or clemency. FORGIVEN. Show yourself some grace, some kindness, some consideration and step into a new year. Maybe there are some people in your life that need new beginnings too. Extend them grace and mercy. Forgive them of the times they hurt you so they too can go onto new fresh beginnings for 2013.
Wishing you GRACE for this new year!
