Are You Ready…

for Summer? As a chef, my thoughts always go to cool fresh salads and sandwiches, grilled marinated foods, and summery berry desserts. This week, stop in on Wednesdays for Mango cherry chutney chicken, or Friday’s for our Tuscan risotto stuffed portabello mushroom. Yum! We strive to use the best and freshest ingredients @ the Bistro. Our ever changing menus are comprised of your suggestions, matching what is grown and produced seasonally. This is a very French method of cooking, where the tradition still continues. The daily trip to the market reveals treasures that will soon be on the table. That is Bistro To Go….

June introduces the start of our grand summer weddings, picnics and graduations…I think I can speak for the entire Bistro Family when I say, we just love cooking for once in a life time celebrations! What an honor to create such a memorable meal for your closest family and friends. We are looking forward to being part of a variety of catered events this coming week. How exciting!
