Fall has arrived and the holidays will be here in a glimmer. As the founder of Bistro To Go, I know this season all too well. It’s a whirlwind of food, late nights in the kitchen, and festive gatherings. My life has revolved around nurturing people through food: my husband, our restaurant, significant events for our clients, and community organizations. Like any business owner, my creative passions are woven into the fabric of the company I now share with treasured co-partners.

Thanksgiving gives way to the start of holiday event season. Excitement stirs in the air. Food is central to everything holiday. If you have had a Bistro-catered party, then you know it’s a magical time full of artistry and sparkle. We personalize every detail to enchant your guests, while our chefs dazzle with flavor. Holiday glitter is at Bistro. Chef Kate creates the artistry. Chef Cody oversees the main meal, Chef Kenny coordinates the hors d’oeuvres, and somehow Kevin K. packs it up like Santa. Then, in the twinkling of an eye, our Bistro staff is adorning a table full of deliciousness.

This is the time to place your orders. There are a number of ways to Holiday with Bistro.

Take Bistro home for the Holidays. Our pickup pans are the answer. Thanksgiving and Christmas are truly a feast. Our chefs prepare the most delicious buttery maple-glazed turkey. The fresh bread stuffing is made from scratch and complements the pecan sweet potato casserole. Our Garde Manger (the French term for the “cold kitchen”) team of Katie, Rob, and Sam prepare an out-of-the-ordinary Yuletide salad. All your favorites are made ready for you to heat at home. Time with your family, not the stove. This year we are introducing our new Kosher “style” meal, full of tradition. Time is the best gift you can give them. I promise we will carefully prepare your favorite traditions so you can be included in the memories.

As I stand in our kitchen, we are just beginning the planning for this year. The aroma of holiday cooking is soon to fill the air. The aroma always brings back memories.
