Bistro turned five this month! After much celebration, we looked back over the journey full of sweet, fun filled moments, over the top successes, kids that grew up, staff that moved on and tearful goodbyes. We have many to thank – Bistro today is a result of each of you & God’s blessing. THANK YOU!

Bistro has already surpassed my expectations  with an unparalleled connectivity to community. Maybe it’s our open kichen, where we say hi as you walk in the door, or maybe it’s our diverse menu that drives such a cool blend of cultures. Either way, it’s awesome and it really created our “home.”

Our very mission is CHANGE. Every day our changing menu brings a variety of tastes and wonderful frangrances to tempt your palette. This has not come without its own set of unique challenges that make us work just a little bit harder.

We think this is why BISTRO CATERING has grown so much. Recognition has come through awards likePittsburgh’s Best Comfort Food  & Northside’s Best Sandwich, but it’s really our talented chefs and their signature dishes that set us apart. We’ve also perfected our traditional recipes you crave – like our Buffalo chicken macaroni cheese!  We go into year six with our catering business out growing Bistro To Go’s space.

BISTRO CATERING IS EXPANDING!

BISTRO SOUL’s favorite foods will be moving in with BISTRO TO GO. BISTRO CATERING CO. will expand into the former Bistro Soul storefront.  Not to worry – you’ll still find all your favorite Bistro Soul foods right next door at Bistro To Go…  along with a few surprises, of course! Our dining room behind the former Bistro Soul (a.k.a. The Company Room) and our delicious SUNDAY BREAKFAST BUFFET are here to stay! Stop in this week for some great home made soup or any one of your favorite fall treats! Enjoy your journey!
